School Notices
Car Park Inconvenience
We are finally on the way with our new six classroom block.  We are very excited! However, this will mean some disruption in our car park over the next 9 months. This will be kept to a minimum as far as possible. This week the access to the site is being put in. Trucks will be using the car park area outside the hall. Please be aware that parking will be compromised. You may need to park on the road outside school - please do so safely and carefully. We appreciate your patience and co-operation during this time.

School open day next Wednesday 2nd November from 9am to 1pm - all welcome!!  If you know of any families looking at schools for next year, invite them along to our open day!!

Have you checked out our new website?
Our school website was updated last term - you can find a lot of school information on our site - e.g., see OUR PEOPLE for staff details and email addresses - see WHAT'S ON? for newsletter information - have a look and get familiar with our new site.

Young Farmer
Please note that the Young Farmer will be held at 1.45pm on the turf next Monday 31st October, followed by Ag Day prizegiving - all welcome!

Ice Rink - Call for Volunteers
PLEASE HELP US. We are calling for any volunteers to help us set up the Ice Rink on 15th November from 4pm. This is a fantastic opportunity for both our students and the public to come and experience ice skating but we need volunteers to help set this up for it to go ahead. Please let the office know if you are able to help us by emailing office@dairyflat.school.nz

Group day
If you got a ribbon for your lamb, goat or calf you may enter into Group Day on Friday 4th November.
