Entry forms are now available and due back to school by the 6th September. The first class to get them all in gets a pizza lunch, 2nd class an ice cream treat. All information sheets are on the website or in the Ag day folder in reception.

Vets coming tomorrow 16th August at 2.30pm. Please contact Mrs Mowat – email rmowat@dairyflat.school.nz if you are bringing in a lamb or goat.

It is recommended pet lambs get small feeds often-200-250 mls right up to Ag day. Judges will be looking for healthy well fed lambs. Make sure they also have adequate shelter and are wearing a collar and used to being led as soon as possible.

AG DAY GAMES – Our wonderful AG Day games organiser needs a helper to make the day a success; if you would like to join the fun please contact Rebekah@insighteds.co.nz.

We are seeking donations of medium/large cane baskets (diameter approx. 30cm plus) to create gift baskets and hampers for the silent auction. If you are able to help out could you please let us know at dairyflatschoolpta@gmail.com. Baskets can be dropped off at the school office or we can arrange pick up.

We would also like to thank you for all the AG Day grocery donations to date. The theme for next week is Bakers Delight … flour, sugar, muffin mix, sprinkles and baking paper. All things to bake with!

LOST NETBALL DRESS

A very kind player lent her netball dress to another player. This player came to return the dress but left it in the shade area. The dress has not been found. If anyone has an extra dress or knows where the lost dress is please contact Mrs Committe.
