PTA
Ag Day this Saturday: We are all looking forward to seeing you this Saturday 8.30am-2pm – there will be lots to see and do – classroom displays, animals, young farmer competition, white elephant, silent auction, games including a giant obstacle course and mini-quad bikes, yummy food stalls and other market stalls. Below is some information which will help the day be a great success.
Friday set-up volunteers: If you can spare a few hours on Friday to help with set-up please stop by the hall and we will put you to work.
Saturday Rosters: Hopefully by now at least one parent or caregiver from each family will be rostered for 30 minutes on a school run activity for Ag Day (games, food stalls, white elephant etc). If you haven’t been rostered on for a timeslot yet please contact Jennifer Jamie, there are still gaps. Please support the kids and school by showing up at your rostered time on Saturday. It takes all of us to make the day a great success. Any last minute queries, about rosters please contact Jennifer Jamie: [email protected]. Printed copies of the rosters will be available near the gate to check on Ag Day.
Cake boxes: Should have come home with your eldest child early this week. Please fill your box with a delicious cake, slice, loaf or any other baking. Please make sure it is beautifully presented as these will be sold at our school run cake stall. You can drop your baking off at the school staffroom either Friday afternoon from 2pm or first thing Saturday.
Games ticket pre-sales: Games will be paid for with tickets only, no cash. There will be a ticket stall on Ag Day. Avoid the queue – games tickets will be available for sale near the school gate Thursday & Friday 8.30-9am and 2.45-3.15pm.
Egg donations: Calling out for egg donations for the bacon & egg stall. Please drop at the hall kitchen on Friday 8.30-5pm or first thing Saturday.
White Elephant: Drop off your quality used goods before/after school Monday through Thursday and all day Friday.
Ag Day Parking: Parking will be in the paddock across the road from the school. Please remember to bring a gold coin donation.
